As part of Williams Recognition Ltd. commitment  to exceptional customer service, it is our recommendation that the key program players meet on a quarterly basis to review the program successes and areas, which require improvement.  It is our philosophy that your program should evolve as the company evolves with on-going improvements to the program administration and product offering.

We also feel that it is imperative to give the employees themselves a structured forum in which they can give their input and feedback regarding the program.  Our recommendations are:

  • Employee Surveys
     
    These can either be included with the gifts or mailed out on a quarterly/yearly basis.  This is a short survey with questions on all aspects of the program (Gifts, Administration, Presentation).
     

  • Online Survey
     
    This is a survey hosted on a secure website where employees are invited to log on and submit their survey electronically.
     

  • Focus Groups
     
    These are sessions conducted by a Williams Recognition Ltd. Expert where selected employees are invited to share their ideas and feedback on the program.
