Objectives: To build trust, work together and improve communication

Step out of your comfort zone with an exciting game of survivor. Split teams into groups and begin with the task of creating a tribe and tribe banner. Once this is done, teams can start competing in games such as puzzles, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, beach games and more.

Scavenger Hunt

# of Participants: 2+

Duration: 30 minutes to 2 hours

Objectives: Team building, team bonding and improving communication

With the pandemic our world is facing today, this game can be done both at home and in groups together. Create an easy to find list of objects and throw in a few hard ones to get your teams thinking. Once your list is composed, pass it around and give everyone a timeframe. You can either name the winners by seeing who’s back first, or by deciding you obtained the most on the list.

Duration: 1-2 hours

Objectives: Team bonding, improve communication

While super simple, sometimes a team or staff lunch can be super effective. When it comes to team bonding, letting your group sit down together for a meal can be a good way for everyone to relax and open up about their personal lives. When teams feel like they can trust each other, work gets done more productively and efficiently. Don’t underestimate the benefits of getting your staff together for a good meal.
