When launching a recognition program the key to receiving employee acceptance of the program is to get them excited about the program. Announcement Posters
These are posters featuring a selection of products in the program with a small synopsis on the program. These posters should be displayed in high traffic common area such as cafeterias and/or meeting rooms.

This is an article highlighting the key features of the program, which can be published in the Company Newsletter ,Company Intranet or e-mailed to the employees.

Information Sessions
A company representative and/or a Williams Recognition Ltd. representative can conduct these sessions. Employees are invited at specific time and place to come and view selected products and ask questions about the program.
